Moffins offers Free, Pro, Plus, and Custom plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly, depending on your selection. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Moffins belong to Moffins or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Services inappropriately. Upon termination, your right to use Moffins will immediately cease.

Moffins is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Moffins after updates means you accept the new Terms.
